Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

When you access our website, we collect and log standard information conventionally logged by webservers such as IP address, user-agent, etc.

When you register an account we collect the information that you provide to us. When you link your Patreon account to your Savage Lust™ account, or take actions such as pledging or un-pledging to the Savage Lust™ Patreon campaign, we collect the personal information Patreon provides to us through its API.

When you connect to our game servers through the Savage Lust™ client, we collect and store the information you submit to us by playing the game and participating in game chat. We may store gameplay data and chat logs indefinitely, or may choose to delete them periodically, at our discretion. We also collect system information to help us better understand the device configurations of our players and to provide technical support.

Data We Sell

None. We do not sell data. Simple as that.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect credit card information and this information is not provided to us through the Patreon API. Pledge payments are processed by Patreon, not us. We do not collect shipping addresses since we do not offer physical pledge rewards.

Data We Share

We only share data with others in the following limited circumstances

  1. With Patreon's severs through their OAuth API, during the registration and login processes.
  2. With Patreon staff, if necessary to provide support with account issues, pledge rewards, and similar issues
  3. With Patreon staff, in the unlikely event that a user engages in extremely abusive behavior or attempts to compromise our systems
  4. With law enforcement, if compelled by a subpoena, warrant, or other court order.
  5. With law enforcement, initiated by us, in the unlikely event a user shares child abuse imagery or attempts to compromise our systems.

To protect our users' constitutional rights, we do not comply with informal requests from law enforcement. We also do not comply with informal requests from parties in civil suits attempting to unmask our users; we are protected by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and will not comply without a subpoena or other court order.

Compliance

CCPA

We do not comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not meet the user, revenue, or data-sale thresholds of the CCPA and are not required to comply.

GDPR

We are not under the legal jurisdiction of the EU so we don't comply with the GDPR.

Cookie Policy

Since we are not bound by the GDPR, we do not pester you with one of those cookie consent banners that give you a false sense of security, lulling you to sleep while Silicon Valley manipulates you and stalks you everywhere you go every moment of your life, which they euphemistically call "improving your experience"

We use cookies only for session management: to allow you to register and log in to our service and to link your Patreon account to your Savage Lust™ account.

We do not read or store any third-party cookies and do not track your activity outside of our own website, game servers, or Patron page.

Data Deletion Requests

Since we are not bound by the GDPR or CCPA, we do not process data deletion requests or provide a data export mechanism to users.
